What is being proposed for the program is building a dense form made of string, representing and manifesting the networking and interaction of individuals through intersecting lines. This form is to be continuously in construction by the public and ever-evolving, in which case everyone is welcome to contribute. People are to choose their string and weave it through a mesh elevated parallel to the ground. The utilitarian aspect of this form is to create a shading installation between the University Center and the Architecture Building, an area which experiences quite a bit of traffic and enough room for comfortably lounging.
